In January, Nanjing Hangzhi Electric Technology Co., Ltd. (AEAUTO), the parent company of Zhuhai Hangzhi Power Technology Co., Ltd. (AEYACHT), was officially established. The company anchored its development in the marine electrification track, focused on the R&D of electric power systems for yachts, initiated overseas market layout, and completed preliminary research, development and market preparation for marine electric power technologies.
In August, the Hangzhou Branch of Nanjing Hangzhi Electric Technology Co., Ltd. (AEAUTO) was founded. The self-developed yacht power system passed EU CE Certification, granting access to the European market. The electric yacht project in cooperation with five major yacht manufacturers in Southeast Asia was officially launched.
In May, the company expanded its business to cargo ships serving inland and coastal waters, and completed the layout of electric power products covering passenger, cargo, official and recreational vessels across all scenarios. Large-scale orders were secured in both domestic and overseas markets.
In January, the Hydrodynamic Yacht Laboratory at the Nanjing headquarters of the parent company, Nanjing Hangzhi Electric Technology Co., Ltd. (AEAUTO), was completed and put into operation, providing core technical support for the Group. In the same year, the business expanded to port operation vessels and short & medium-distance cargo ships. Relevant products obtained dual certifications of CE and CCS, achieving full coverage of dual qualifications for all categories of marine power products.
